C.H.U.D.

For today's horror flick I watched the cult classic C.H.U.D. Wow... what a bad, bad movie. Some of the time in a good funny way, but most of the time it's just bad. In a nutshell, the movie is about a bunch of homeless people who live in the New York sewer system who are turned into mutants (CHUDs). They're forced out of the sewer and are out... FOR BLOOD!!! Yeah, that's pretty much it. The movie is full of ridiculous cheesy moments, many of which provide important lessons about life. These include such things as: being able to knock someone out with a shove; if you drive a car over a pothole it WILL explode; John Goodman is a pervert; and last but not least, the homeless are disposable mutants. 

But Lord knows, it's still better than Manos: The Hands of Fate.
